STRATA TITLE INSPECTION REPORTS

Strata reports have been an integral part of Sydney Legal Agents since its inception. We offer a detailed and comprehensive report that is client friendly by putting ourselves in your client’s position. We offer information in relation to neighbourhood disputes, notices, levies, meetings and infrastructure damage. Whilst some inspections discover the problems in the building, we also offer the positive points of the building.

We commonly speak directly to clients to explain some matters of the report; this alleviates the problem of the practitioner having to explain a report. Often we visit the site, for our interstate clients for instance we offer photographs, to ascertain matters which may not be clear in the managing agent’s records.
